The merger and acquisition experience he gained, and the skills acquired in managing a diversified portfolio of businesses in the listed environment has equipped Gerrit with invaluable knowledge to assist business owners to plan and execute the successful exit of their businesses

Gregory Námer
CA(SA) CFA
Gregory Námer has over 20 years of experience as a private equity professional, during which he has invested in, managed, and sold dozens of mid-sized businesses. His expertise also extends to working at some of South Africa's leading commercial banks, where he was responsible for financing business acquisitions. Gregory’s private equity experience has primarily focused on mid-market, owner-managed businesses, which often come with unique challenges and opportunities.
